We offer full-day and half-day Kindergarten options.

Half-day Kindergarten meets from 8:30am -12:00pm and includes:

  • Calendar Time- Students learn to count, sing songs, learn to do simple addition, use 10 frames, and learn the coins names and the value of each of them.

  • Literacy Essentials - Students work on learning letter sounds, names of the letters, and begin to read and spell lots of new words.

  • Reading Groups - Teacher meets with each student every day to work on reading and handwriting.

  • Story Time - Students enjoy classic literature, read alouds, and discussions.

Tuition for half-day Kindergarten is $3500/year.

Full-day Kindergarten includes the following in the afternoon:

  • Math- Students learn how to count to 100, name all coins and their value, do simple math problems to the sum of 6, learn shape names and how many corners they have, the next number on a number line, figuring one more than any number under 100, telling time to the hour and half hour,

  • Physical Education - Students enjoy gym class two days per week, including the Ready Bodies, Learning Minds curriculum.

  • Art - Students learn art concepts and create art two days per week.

  • Geography - Students learn the continents and their names, the compass rose, equator, and compare a globe with a world map.

  • Science - Students explore science concepts and topics, inclusing simple experiements, demonstrations, and hands-on activities.

  • History - Students learn about great men and women in American History and why their achievements are significant.

Tuition for full-day Kindergarten is $6000/year.
